Richard F. RichardsProfessor Richards graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as President of the Law Review. After a brief period in private practice, he served on the faculties of Mercer University and the University of Houston. He authored or co-authored numerous articles and books on the law of employment discrimination. His book, Cases and Materials on Employment Discrimination (with M. Zimmer, C. Sullivan, and D. Calloway), was used in law schools throughout the country. Professor Richards’ publications have been cited twice in opinions by the Supreme Court of the United States and numerous times in other court opinions. In addition to teaching the Employment Discrimination course, he also taught Civil Procedure and Administrative Law.
